💼 What They’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of related litigation experience
- Strong defense litigation background
- Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Sophisticated technical skills
- Comfortable handling court appearances and depositions
- Trial experience is a plus
