Experience with litigation involving:

✅ General Liability ✅ Premises Liability ✅ Products Liability ✅ Transportation ✅ Employment ✅ Insurance Defense

💼 What They’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of related litigation experience
• Strong defense litigation background
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Sophisticated technical skills
• Comfortable handling court appearances and depositions
• Trial experience is a plus
