Commercial Flooring Project Executive | Orlando, FL | $100k + Opportunity

An established flooring company in the Orlando market is seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Project Executive with an existing book of business, strong industry relationships, and the ability to drive new revenue while overseeing projects from start to finish.

Required Qualifications

• Established book of business with a proven track record of generating new business and driving revenue growth.
• Experience across commercial, multifamily, and residential flooring projects.
• Strong relationships with general contractors, developers, and key industry decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from estimating and contract negotiations through installation and closeout while maintaining profitability.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial flooring experience.
• Proficiency in RFMS Measure and Procore.
• Previous experience in project management, estimating, or project coordination.

Compensation & Opportunity

• $80k–$100K annual base salary + Uncapped Commission
• Benefits are not currently offered.
