My team is partnering confidentially with a well-regarded client seeking a First-Party Insurance Coverage Attorney in San Diego, CA. This is a strong opportunity for a professional looking for meaningful work and a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze first-party coverage issues and draft coverage opinions
- Conduct examinations under oath (EUOs) and coordinate with SIU teams
- Handle coverage litigation and related motion practice
- Advise carriers on claims handling and risk
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience (very senior candidates welcome)
- First-party coverage experience; in-house experience considered
- EUO or SIU experience strongly preferred
- Active bar license in good standing: California (required)
- Strong writing, analytical and client communication skills
