What you'll do

• Represent debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in chapter 11 cases
• Draft pleadings and restructuring documents
• Advise on out-of-court workouts
• Appear in bankruptcy court

What you bring

• J.D. and active New York bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
• Restructuring or bankruptcy experience
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• The ability to manage matters with increasing independence
