A well-established general contractor in DFW is hiring a Field Engineer to support industrial and manufacturing projects from the jobsite.
What You'll Do
- Support superintendents with layout, coordination and daily field work
- Manage RFIs, submittals and field documentation
- Track progress and quantities and update look-ahead schedules
- Run quality checks and help with inspections
- Coordinate with trade partners on site
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of field engineering experience with a general contractor, or a recent construction management or engineering degree
- Interest in industrial and manufacturing projects
- Comfort with Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
- Strong plan reading skills
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
