Feed Mill Plant Manager | Sioux Center, IA

A regional feed manufacturer is expanding and needs a Feed Mill Plant Manager to lead its Sioux Center-area mill.

Highlights

• The company is interviewing now and wants to hire quickly
• Lead continuous-improvement efforts to boost throughput and efficiency
• Lean team with fast decision-making
• Responsible for P&L, budgeting and grain procurement
• Lead the production team and oversee daily operations: production, quality, safety and maintenance
• Write and implement company SOPs
• Willing to live within a reasonable commute of the mill
• Degree in Agriculture, Milling Science or Food Science preferred
• 3+ years of feed milling or food production experience; manager or supervisor experience highly desired

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $115k-$130k DOE
• Performance bonus
