Feed Mill Plant Manager | Hereford, TX

A regional feed manufacturer is expanding and needs a Feed Mill Plant Manager to lead its Hereford-area mill.

Highlights

• Interviews are happening now
• Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency
• Oversee budgets, the plant P&L and ingredient purchasing
• Work on a small team where decisions happen quickly
• Develop, document and enforce SOPs
• Run day-to-day mill operations, including production, quality, safety and maintenance
• At least 3 years in feed milling or food manufacturing, ideally in a supervisory or management role
• Bachelor's in Ag, Milling or Food Science is a plus
• Must live within a reasonable commute of the facility (relocation possible)

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $113k-$130k DOE
• Performance bonus
