An established animal feed producer is looking for a hands-on Feed Mill Operations Manager to lead its mill near Willmar.

Highlights

• Own plant production, quality, safety and maintenance every day
• Drive process improvement and efficiency gains across the mill
• Manage the plant P&L, budgets and grain/ingredient procurement
• Small leadership team allows quick, easy decision-making
• Build and roll out standard operating procedures
• 3+ years in milling/food production with leadership experience preferred
• Must relocate within commuting distance of the plant; relocation assistance possible
• B.S. in Agriculture, Milling or Food Science preferred

• Base salary $115k-$132k DOE
