Feed Mill Manager

National livestock company hiring a Feed Mill Manager! Following a promotion on the leadership team, they need someone who can step in and run a mostly cattle feed mill day to day. You'll drive production targets, build up a crew of about 20, and shepherd capital projects that keep the mill modern. Hard work gets recognized here, and strong performers move into bigger roles as they open up.

What You'll Own

• Raise throughput each shift and tighten how the plant operates
• Hire, train, and lead a team of around 20 with clear goals
• Help push the mill toward continuous run capability
• Stay on top of safety, OSHA, and HACCP standards
• Hold the mill budget and P&L
• Host international visitors and walk key customers through the facility
• Be present on the floor so quality and execution stay high

What Makes You a Fit

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience (feed or nutrition preferred; grain and other Ag operations considered)
• LEAN, OSHA, HACCP, and safety program background preferred
• Solid communicator who can rally people at every level
• Proven record of growing teams and improving processes

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary $100,000–$130,000 plus bonus opportunity
