What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of your projects, including budget, schedule, quality, safety and the client relationship
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders and contract documents to USACE and federal agency standards
  • Build and maintain Primavera P6 schedules and keep everyone working toward key milestones

  • Partner with your superintendent, quality control manager and safety officer to keep field work moving
  • Mentor assistant project managers and project engineers and help them grow
  • Lead punch lists, closeout and turnover so each project wraps up the right way

What You Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or a related field with 3+ years of project management experience, or 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Background on federal, military or government construction, with USACE or NAVFAC experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of FAR clauses, federal submittal processes and RMS/QCS

  • Solid skills in Primavera P6, Excel and project management software
  • Strong communication, organization and a collaborative, solutions-first mindset

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary, bonus and benefits
  • Health and dental insurance, plus company-paid life and long-term disability coverage
  • Paid vacation, holidays and a 401(k)
