Location: Saint Louis, MO area (shop-based)
Position Overview
Our client, an established steel bridge fabricator, is looking for a Fabrication Manager - Steel Bridge to run shop operations in the Saint Louis area. Permanent, full-time.
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day fabrication shop production
- Plan shop schedules, manpower and workflow
- Hold quality and safety standards in the shop
- Work with project managers to meet delivery dates
Qualifications
- Fabrication shop management experience, steel bridge or heavy structural preferred
- AISC quality program experience a plus
- Strong leadership and planning skills
