Original job description
A well-established commercial roofing contractor is looking for an Estimator / Project Manager to bid and run commercial roofing projects from start to finish. This is an on-site role (Texarkana, AR/TX area preferred).
What you'll do:
- Prepare accurate estimates and takeoffs for public and negotiated commercial roofing bids
- Manage awarded projects: scheduling, crews, subcontractors, materials, and budgets
- Act as the main point of contact for owners, general contractors, and building managers
- Track job costs, change orders, and closeout
What you bring:
- Experience in commercial roofing estimating and project management
- Experience with both public (hard) bids and negotiated work
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Pay and benefits:
- $65,000 - $85,000 base salary plus commissions
- Standard benefits package
