Estimator / Project Executive - Commercial Construction

GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a long-established, family-owned Central Ohio commercial builder. The company is adding an Estimator / Project Executive - Commercial Construction to its team in Columbus, OH. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: A degree is required for the PM track; public works experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and lead public and private commercial projects
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and detailed estimates
• Solicit and level subcontractor and supplier bids
• Support value engineering and handoff to operations
• Oversee a portfolio of projects and project teams
• Lead client relationships and pursue new work

Requirements

• A degree is required for the PM track; public works experience is preferred.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
