GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a Northeast Ohio site construction contractor focused on earthwork, drainage and site utilities. The company is adding an Estimator - Earthwork and Site Utilities to its team in Brecksville, OH. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Earthwork, site utilities, and civil estimating experience.
Responsibilities
- Support earthwork, drainage and site utility projects, including specialty recreational sites
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and detailed estimates
- Solicit and level subcontractor and supplier bids
- Support value engineering and handoff to operations
Requirements
- Earthwork, site utilities, and civil estimating experience.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
