Confidential Opportunity
GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established construction management and general contracting firm in the Rocky Mountain region. The company is adding an Estimator - Commercial Construction ($20M+ Projects) to its team in Bozeman, MT. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: 8+ years of experience, including leading projects valued at $20M+.
Responsibilities
- Lead large ground-up commercial projects across the Rocky Mountain region
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and detailed estimates
- Solicit and level subcontractor and supplier bids
- Support value engineering and handoff to operations
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience, including leading projects valued at $20M+.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
