GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established commercial general contractor active in the Southeast, including industrial and logistics work. The company is adding an Estimator - Commercial Construction to its team in Atlanta, GA. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Commercial general contractor estimating experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage industrial, logistics and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and detailed estimates
- Solicit and level subcontractor and supplier bids
- Support value engineering and handoff to operations
Requirements
- Commercial general contractor estimating experience.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
