Estimator, Oklahoma City, OK
A well-established commercial drywall and metal stud framing subcontractor is seeking a seasoned Estimator to join its preconstruction team.
What you'll do:
- Perform quantity takeoffs for drywall and interior/exterior metal stud framing
- Prepare accurate, competitive bids for commercial projects
- Review plans, specifications, and addenda
- Develop scope letters and qualifications
- Communicate with general contractors and suppliers during bidding
What you bring:
- Seasoned commercial drywall estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of interior and exterior metal stud framing
- Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff or similar software
- QuickBooks or similar tools a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong math skills
