Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for ground-up and renovation projects
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and design professionals
• Analyze project risks and cost variables

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of estimating experience within a General Contractor environment
• Experience with commercial, educational, or light industrial projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
• Proven track record of accuracy and consistency
