One of my top clients, a commercial contractor in the OKC area, is looking to add an Estimator. You'll prepare accurate bids for commercial projects. I believe a detail-minded estimator would do well here.
Responsibilities:
-Do quantity takeoffs and prepare cost estimates
-Ask for and level subcontractor and supplier bids
-Review plans and specs to set scope
-Help the team build bid proposals
Requirements:
-3+ years of commercial estimating experience
-Comfortable with takeoff and estimating software
-Strong math and attention to detail
-Degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
