Construction Estimator

Core responsibilities:
- Build and manage estimates for several projects at once
- Estimate construction budget costs, including labor and materials
- Use Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
- Prepare and present budgets, reports and project plans
- Collaborate with clients, owners, field personnel and design teams, and also work independently
Background we are looking for:
- 3+ years as an Estimator in commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational and office work
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- Experience with projects valued up to $50M
- Skill with construction management software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility as project requirements and priorities change
- A primary focus on providing the best customer service
