THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS

• 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational and office markets
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• Experience on projects valued up to $50M
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools
• The ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience

DAY TO DAY

• Develop and manage estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
• Estimate budget costs for construction, including labor and material costs
• Apply Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
• Write up and present budgets, reports and project plans
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel and design teams, and work autonomously when needed

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

• Base salary of $70,000-$130,000 depending on experience
