THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS
- 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational and office markets
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- Experience on projects valued up to $50M
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools
- The ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience
DAY TO DAY
- Develop and manage estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
- Estimate budget costs for construction, including labor and material costs
- Apply Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
- Write up and present budgets, reports and project plans
- Work with clients, owners, field personnel and design teams, and work autonomously when needed
COMPENSATION AND PERKS
- Base salary of $70,000-$130,000 depending on experience
