The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience as an Estimator across commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational and office markets. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Put together and estimate budget costs for construction, including labor and material costs
- Apply Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
- Write and present budgets, reports and project plans
- Develop and manage estimates on multiple projects running at the same time
- Work with clients, owners, field personnel and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational and office markets
- Experience on projects valued up to $50M
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience

- A base salary of $70,000-$130,000 based on your experience
