Our client, a respected Center City Philadelphia firm, is seeking an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney with 3+ years of experience for its Philadelphia office. The practice helps individuals and families with wills, trusts, estate administration, and related planning matters.
This is an in-office role in Center City Philadelphia, where you will work closely with partners and build lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
- Handle probate and estate administration matters
- Advise clients on planning goals, family dynamics, and practical next steps
- Coordinate with tax and financial advisors as needed
- Support partners on more complex wealth-transfer matters
What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
- 3+ years of estate planning and/or probate experience
- Strong drafting and client counseling skills
- Detail orientation and sound judgment
- Commitment to working in office in Philadelphia
