Role Overview: As an Equipment Operator/Custom Applicator, your primary responsibility will be delivering top-notch application services while responsibly managing and maintaining equipment. Equipment Operator/Custom Applicator Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality application services during planting and harvest seasons.
• Efficiently manage and maintain equipment to the highest standards.
• Explore opportunities for career growth in sales and consulting within the agronomy field.

Equipment Operator/Custom Applicator Benefits:

• Competitive compensation starting at $60,000, with potential increases based on experience and contribution during busy periods.
• Overtime compensation at time and a half for hours worked beyond 40 in a given week.

Equipment Operator/Custom Applicator Requirements:

• While a CDL or applicator's license is not mandatory, possessing these credentials is a plus.
