Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

• Identify and recruit qualified professionals across various industries.

• Conduct candidate outreach, phone screenings, and interviews.

• Partner with clients to understand and fulfill hiring needs.

• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate successful placements.

• Maintain consistent daily recruiting and business development activity.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through.

• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and work toward performance goals.

• Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

• College degree preferred but not required.
