Electrical Engineer (PE) - Lighting Design (Minneapolis)
We're hiring a licensed Electrical Engineer with lighting design experience to join a growing MEP team in the Minneapolis area. You'll design lighting and power systems for commercial and institutional projects from concept through construction documents.
What you'll do
- Design interior and exterior lighting systems, including photometric analysis and fixture selection
- Prepare electrical construction documents and lighting schedules
- Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and clients
- Support construction administration and respond to RFIs
What you'll need
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Background in lighting design
- Proficiency with electrical design tools (Revit or AutoCAD preferred)
Compensation: $90,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
