Electrical Engineer PE – Houston, TX (Hybrid, 2 days from home)
$142,000–$158,000 DOE + sign-on bonus + yearly bonus
Our client is an established MEP consulting engineering firm with a strong healthcare portfolio. It's looking for an Electrical Engineer PE to lead electrical design in its Houston office, with a clear path for advancement.
What you'll do
- Lead electrical design for healthcare and commercial projects, covering power distribution, emergency power, lighting and fire alarm
- Manage projects from start to finish, including budgets, schedules and deliverables
- Serve as the main client contact and work closely with architects and other MEP disciplines
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers
What you'll need
- BS in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of MEP consulting experience on healthcare and commercial projects
- A track record of leading electrical design and managing projects
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
