A well-established general contractor is looking for a Data Center Project Manager to help deliver it. If you like technical projects, a friendly team and a manageable commute, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Manage data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning and closeout
- Keep budgets, cost reports, change orders and schedules accurate and current
- Coordinate closely with owners, design teams and electrical, mechanical and controls trade partners
- Plan and sequence work safely in and around live, operating facilities
- Partner with superintendents on safety, quality and site logistics
- Support and mentor assistant project managers and project engineers
What You Bring
- Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical projects (required)
- A solid understanding of critical power, cooling, MEP coordination and commissioning
- Strong cost control, scheduling and organization skills
- A friendly, clear communication style that keeps owners and field teams aligned
- A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
What We Offer
Competitive salary, bonus and benefits, a healthy pipeline of mission-critical work in the Carolinas, and a team that invests in your growth.
