- Keep budgets, forecasts, change orders and cost reports accurate and up to date
- Build and maintain project schedules, including long-lead electrical and mechanical equipment
- Coordinate closely with owners, design teams and electrical, mechanical and controls trade partners
- Work alongside superintendents to keep sites safe, organized and on track
- Support and mentor project engineers and assistant project managers
What You Bring
- Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical projects (required)
- A solid grasp of critical power, cooling, MEP coordination and commissioning levels
- Strong cost control, scheduling and procurement skills
- A positive, approachable style that keeps owners and field teams on the same page
- A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
