Data Center Project Manager

A well-established general contractor is looking for a Data Center Project Manager to help bring these mission-critical projects to life. What You'll Do

• Run data center projects from preconstruction and buyout through startup, commissioning and turnover
• Keep budgets, schedules, cost forecasts, change orders and monthly billing in good shape
• Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for owners, design teams and trade partners
• Plan procurement for long-lead equipment such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems and chillers
• Partner with superintendents on safety, quality, site logistics and phased energization
• Coach and support assistant project managers and project engineers

What You Bring

• Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical construction (required)
• Solid understanding of critical power, mechanical cooling, MEP coordination and integrated systems testing
• A history of delivering projects safely, on time and on budget
• Great organization, clear communication and a team-first mindset
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
