Custom Applicator / Spray Rig Operator (CDL) – Full-Time + Bonus
Offerle, KS area | $45K–$55K+ DOE + monthly application bonus, overtime and benefits
gpac is working with a well-established, family-owned ag retailer in south-central Kansas to hire a full-time Custom Applicator. This is a year-round role running John Deere self-propelled sprayers with booms up to 120 feet.
What you'll do:
- Mix, load, and apply fertilizer and crop protection products, and keep accurate spray records
- Clean and maintain the sprayer, tender truck, and trailer
- Help maintain nurse trailers and help with product deliveries
- Pitch in around the warehouse and location in the off-season
What you need:
- Experience running a spray rig or other ag machinery (farm experience counts, and they'll train)
- Class A CDL preferred, or the ability to get one
- Applicator's license, or the ability to get one
- A clean driving record
- Willingness to work long hours and some weekends in season
