I'm recruiting criminal defense attorneys for Boston-area law firms. You'd be in court regularly and give clients a strong, thoughtful defense when it matters most.
What you'll do
- Defend clients in state and federal criminal matters, from misdemeanors to serious felonies
- Handle arraignments, motions to suppress, and pretrial hearings
- Investigate cases and work with experts and investigators
- Negotiate with prosecutors and try cases before juries and judges
- Advise on white-collar, OUI, and drug matters as they arise
What you bring
- JD and an active Massachusetts bar license
- About 3+ years of criminal defense or prosecution experience
- Trial experience strongly preferred
- Calm under pressure and strong client communication
