Credit Analyst – Early Career Opportunity with Growth Path Community Bank – Missouri

What You’ll Do:

• Perform financial analysis and risk ratings on commercial loan requests

• Support loan committee preparation by reviewing credit structures and documentation

• Ensure loans align with the bank’s credit policy and regulatory standards

• Communicate with lenders to address documentation or credit concerns

• Help monitor loan performance, risk classifications, and policy exceptions

• Participate in credit committee and department meetings

• Assist in department reporting and special projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

• 1+ years of experience in credit or financial analysis preferred (internships count!)

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills

• A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into new responsibilities
