What you'll do

• Work on capital markets offerings and securities matters
• Draft SEC filings and disclosure documents
• Advise on corporate governance and compliance
• Support M&A transactions

What you bring

• J.D. and active New York bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
• Class year 2022 or 2023, with corporate or securities experience
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• The ability to manage matters with increasing independence
