- Lead mergers, acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions
- Advise clients on deal strategy and corporate matters
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar admission
- Extensive senior-level M&A experience
- No book of business required
Compensation and benefits:
- $300,000-$400,000 base plus high bonuses
