MUST HAVE - 6+ years of corporate and transactional experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong communications skills.
Location: Fully Remote (North Carolina Only)
Requirements:
✔ Active North Carolina Bar License ✔ Experience handling mergers & acquisitions, business transactions, and corporate matters ✔ Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills ✔ Ability to manage sophisticated transactions independently
