Construction Attorney

A well-regarded and growing law firm is seeking a Construction Attorney to join its practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working on complex construction matters, values collaboration, and is looking for long-term growth within a high-quality platform. The firm offers hybrid flexibility, with the potential for a mix of in-office and remote work depending on experience and fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent owners, developers, contractors, and design professionals in a broad range of construction law matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, including AIA agreements, subcontracts, and related project documents
  • Advise clients on project risk management, change orders, payment issues, and dispute avoidance strategies
  • Handle construction-related disputes, including claims involving delays, defects, liens, and payment disputes
  • Support matters from project inception through completion, and when necessary, through dispute resolution
  • Collaborate with real estate, development, and litigation teams on construction-adjacent matters
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering practical, business-oriented counsel throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

  • Active attorney in good standing
  • 3+ years of construction law experience
  • Background representing owners, developers, contractors, or subcontractors
  • Experience handling matters with increasing autonomy and responsibility
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
  • Litigation or arbitration experience related to construction disputes is a plus
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment

Why Join

  • Hybrid / flexible work structure with potential in-office balance
  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
  • Exposure to sophisticated construction and development projects
  • Collaborative, growth-oriented culture with room to expand responsibility
  • Well-established firm with a strong market reputation and continued momentum

If you’re a construction attorney looking to deepen your practice and work on high-quality matters within a supportive and flexible environment, this role presents a compelling next step.
