Concrete Superintendent – Commercial Building Projects

Your role:

• Direct and evaluate site personnel and staff
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, resources and the schedule
• Review and approve subcontractor and vendor payments, and make sure payment requisitions go out on time
• Enforce project safety and security

Requirements:

• 5 proven years as a true lead supervisor
• Proven work history with a concrete contractor
• Demonstrated experience on commercial building projects in the $5-50M range
• Strong command of safety procedures
• Extensive people skills
