What we need from you:

• 5 proven years as a true lead supervisor
• A proven work history with a concrete contractor
• Demonstrated experience on commercial building projects in the $5-50M range
• Proficiency with safety procedures
• Extensive people skills

What the job involves:

• Directing and evaluating site personnel and staff
• Coordinating schedule, manpower, equipment and resources
• Reviewing and approving all subcontractor and vendor payments, and preparing payment requisitions on time
• Enforcing project safety and security
