Concrete Project Manager – Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
A commercial concrete contractor in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Concrete Project Manager to own local commercial projects from award through closeout.
You'll own
- Budget, schedule, and contract delivery
- Coordination with general contractors, owners, suppliers, and the field
- Buyout, changes, and cost control
- Partnership with superintendents on production and quality
A solid match has
- PM experience in commercial concrete or self-perform concrete
- Solid cost, schedule, and client skills
- Plan literacy and meeting leadership
