Estimator – Commercial and Multifamily Construction

Who we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational and office markets
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- Experience on projects valued up to $50M
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort adapting as project requirements and priorities change
- A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience
Your day-to-day:
- Develop and manage estimates for multiple projects running at the same time
- Prepare budget cost estimates covering labor and materials
- Apply Conceptual Design and Value Engineering where needed
- Write up and present budgets, reports and project plans
- Partner with clients, owners, field personnel and design teams, while also working autonomously
