Looking for your next step in commercial construction estimating? An award-winning construction company known for outstanding customer service, a strong safety record and a solid reputation is adding an Estimator to its team.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational and office markets
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- Experience on projects valued up to $50M
- Proficient with construction management software and tools
- Able to adapt as project requirements and priorities change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and manage estimates on multiple projects at the same time
- Prepare budget cost estimates for construction, including labor and material costs
- Use Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
- Write up and present budgets, reports and project plans
- Work with clients, owners, field personnel and design teams, and also work well on your own
