The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of Estimator experience across commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily and office work. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prepare and estimate construction budget costs, including labor and materials
- Apply Conceptual Design and Value Engineering when needed
- Write and present budgets, reports and project plans
- Develop and manage estimates for several projects at once
- Collaborate with clients, owners, field personnel and design teams, while also working independently
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- 3+ years as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational and office markets
- Experience on projects valued up to $50M
- Skill with construction management software and tools
- Ability to adjust to changing project requirements and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong focus on delivering the best customer service experience

- Base salary of $70,000-$160,000 depending on your experience
