I'm partnering with an established concrete contractor that is looking to add a Business Development professional to grow its pipeline throughout the Fort Worth and DFW area.
They're looking for a relationship builder who can open doors with general contractors and owners, uncover opportunities and help win structural and site concrete work.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business with general contractors, developers and owners
- Grow relationships with estimators and preconstruction teams
- Track upcoming projects and bid opportunities across DFW
- Partner with estimating on pursuits and proposals
- Represent the company at industry events
- Keep an organized CRM and pipeline
What You Bring
- Construction business development or sales experience (concrete or a related trade preferred)
- Strong DFW general contractor and developer network
- Understanding of commercial concrete scopes and the bid process
- Excellent relationship and presentation skills
- Self-motivated hunter mentality
- Comfortable with CRM tools
