Responsibilities
- Run daily field operations on commercial projects
- Manage subcontractors, manpower, and site logistics
- Hold the schedule through look-aheads and trade coordination
- Lead site safety and quality control
- Keep daily reports and communicate closely with the PM and owner
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction field leadership
- Strong plan and spec reading; trade coordination skills
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Steady leadership and problem-solving under pressure
- Procore or similar field software
