Commercial Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Run commercial projects through every phase, from estimating support and buyout to turnover
• Set up and manage project budgets, schedules and monthly cost forecasts
• Write subcontracts and manage scopes, RFIs, submittals and change orders
• Work side by side with field leaders to solve problems before they slow the job down
• Keep clients updated and build relationships that lead to repeat work
• Help develop newer project team members

Commercial Project Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
• Diverse commercial project experience
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and communication skills
• Comfortable with Procore, Bluebeam or similar project software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

Commercial Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

• $95,000 - $135,000 depending on experience
