A fast-growing commercial general contractor in Northeast Ohio is adding multiple Project Managers to their team! Their work is mostly tenant improvement with some ground-up projects, so no two jobs are the same. This is a great opportunity to run your own projects with a stable team behind you. Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial projects from estimate through closeout
• Own budgets, schedules and project financials
• Solicit bids and award subcontracts and purchase orders
• Lead weekly client meetings and progress updates
• Support superintendents and assistant project managers in the field
• Process pay applications and closeout documents

Project Manager Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of commercial project management experience
• Tenant improvement experience, with some ground-up a plus
• Strong cost, scheduling and communication skills
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required

Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

• $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
