Commercial Litigation Attorney: Fully Remote Opportunity Serving Los Angeles Clients

Our client, a respected Los Angeles firm with an active commercial litigation practice, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to handle matters remotely while supporting its downtown Los Angeles and statewide practice. The group handles contract, partnership, business tort, and commercial disputes for companies and executives.

This is a remote role. You will work from home with regular virtual collaboration with partners and clients, and occasional travel for depositions, hearings, or mediations as needed.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial litigation from pleadings through trial or arbitration
• Draft motions, discovery, and briefs in state and federal court
• Take and defend depositions by video or in person as required
• Attend mediations, hearings, and key case events
• Counsel clients on litigation risk and business goals

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting
• Willingness to travel for key case events when needed
